The GH-25 and GH-40 "CLASSIC" hydraulically driven proportioner have been designed and manufactured to fulfill
the most demanding requirements of industrial foam in place applications of two component systems requiring
high dosing precision to assure the best mixing quality of the chemical components.
The "CLASSIC" series exclusive designs are the result a long discussion over what was in the best interest of the customer. POLYMAC decided to begin a new program called "BACK TO BASICS" an ambitious decision to go back to what worked best many years ago in the plural component manufacturing industry; relay logic eliminating the bothersome motherboards that have created so much pain for customers, technicians, and manufacturers.
The "Back to Basic Designs in the primary heating system, hose heat, control panel and proportioning pumps and the extremely favorable relay logic electrical console puts the control back into our customers hands and sets Gama machines ahead of its competitors. Also available from IMPACT Air Driven Proportioners for foam and coatings.

POLYMAC introduces a new concept in hose heating!
The POLYMAC hose heat system includes an innovative design in which the target engineered copper heating element is spread evenly around the circumference of the hose providing a uniform watt density and precise control of the product application temperature. This unique hose heating element design is extremely flexible and resistant to fatigue failure. The 100% circumferential coverage of the hose diameter produces the most homogeneous distribution of heat available in the industry. Standard on all hoses and available for over the counter sale and field retrofits.
